About Us

Shine Health Services is a registered NDIS provider. We offer some of the best-personalized health and support care to our participants. Our team works closely with the family and the participant to design a care plan and deliver the support with respect, empathy, and compassion. Since we work with other specialized partner services, we take the hassle out of the participant or their family having to follow up with other support services.

Our team of specialized staff are our greatest assets, some of them working under extreme and challenging environment. Every team member looks forward to supporting our clients with respect and empathy, constantly encouraging them to meet their goals in their own time or at every given opportunity.

Behind the scene is our Managing Director, Maria Mervyn founder of Shine Health Services. bringing with her over 23 years of experience and knowledge. Working in units such as rehabilitation, intensive care (ICU), medical and neurology, psychiatric and mental health, medical and surgical wards as well as in large multi-national companies, government, and non-government organizations in the Occupational Health and Safety field.

However, her desire to reach out and help individuals, has seen her deeply committed to community outreach including health promotion programs, facilitating village clinics with local doctors and vaccination outreach.

Being a mother herself, she fully understands the challenges faced by other parents, to provide that extra care and time needed for the loved ones. With this in mind, she spends a lot of time understanding the participant and family with patience and compassion.
